We start by assessing skin type, pigmentation tendency, vascular pattern, volume axes, and facial animation. From this we create a stepwise plan that’s seasonal, realistic, and sequenced with recovery breaks. Not every method fits everyone—indication, expectations, and biology must align.

The building blocks—smart combinations

Protection & skincare
Daily broad-spectrum SPF, retinoids for cell turnover, vitamin C/niacinamide for antioxidation, AHA/BHA as measured exfoliation, and barrier repair for a healthy microbiome. Good home care reduces the need for procedures—poor care undermines them.

Expression softening
Precisely dosed botulinum toxin decreases dynamic lines (forehead, glabella, crow’s feet) without freezing expression. Small doses and accuracy are key—better to fine-tune than to overcorrect.

Volume & proportions
Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers restore structure at cheeks, chin, jawline, or nasolabial region—used reversibly and in anatomically correct planes. Lips follow a separate, very conservative concept.

Sequencing, timing & longevity

Golden rule: protection and skincare first; then expression softening; next structural support (HA) and diffuse quality (PLLA/CaHA); finish with device-based refinements. Durations vary: Botox ~3–6 months; HA 6–12+ months (shorter in lips, longer along the jawline); biostimulators 12–24 months; devices typically 6–12 months of texture gains. Touch-ups are measured, not maximal.

Safety & limits

Serious anti-aging avoids over-treatment. High-risk areas (e.g., nose, lower eyelid) demand special restraint or alternatives. Pregnancy/breastfeeding, active infection, unexplained inflammation, and unrealistic expectations are clear no-go zones. We do not use permanent facial fillers and work atraumatically with documented emergency algorithms.
